What we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your first name and last name, your email address, your phone number, and the content of your message, along with your company name and project address, if you choose to include them (these two fields are optional).
We do not collect any information automatically. This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
This site loads its interface fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts may transmit your IP address to Google; no other information is shared with Google through this.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry or quote request. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sign you up for any mailing list, and we do not sell or trade it with anyone.
Who processes your information
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, a service operated by Netlify, Inc., a US company, which receives and forwards your message to us. This provider may store your information outside Quebec and Canada (including in the United States). By submitting the form, you consent to this handling.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, after which it is securely deleted.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent, and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, email info@laztec.ca.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
